Coywolves are made by interbreeding between coyotes and wolves. Most of the time they are mistaken for coyotes or wolves but there is a difference. Coywolves look a lot like coyotes but they have longer legs, a larger snout and are bigger than coyotes and they have the tail of the wolf.
City coywolves eat different things to their country cousins. City coywolves eat rats, mice, birds and even pets while country coywolves hunt hares, deer and elk (a large species of deer).
They live wherever wolves and coyotes live together like in some parts of North America.
Coywolves are very peculiar in that they live in packs like wolves and they are brave like coyotes, so most people are scared of them.
Coywolves are very interesting because they have the characteristics of a wolf and a coyote.
